SuperCut is a high-efficiency, full-body workout designed to burn fat, build muscle, and maximize time. It consists of 48 sets completed in 48 minutes using back-to-back supersets with no rest between exercises.

Total Duration: 48 minutes
- Total Sets: 48
- Reps per Set: 12
- Format: Superset pairs performed continuously
- Rest: None – active recovery comes from alternating muscle groups
⏱️ Timing Breakdown
- 1 minute per set
- 12 reps per set
- 5 seconds per rep (average)
This gives you enough time for a controlled pace:
- 2 seconds eccentric (lowering phase)
- 1-second pause (optional)
- 2 seconds concentric (lifting phase)
✅ Execution Guidelines
- Pair opposing or non-competing muscle groups (e.g., chest + back, quads + hamstrings).
- Use weights that allow you to complete 12 reps with perfect form, reaching near failure by the last 2 reps.
- Move immediately from one exercise to the next.
- Stay consistent—maintain pace to complete all 48 sets in 48 minutes.
